like so i will probably do so this i will peak for this shoot but i will probably as i'm i i do something called reversing into like i used to do this reversing into a show so i start eating up essentially um and i will probably do one more shoot one or two more shoots we want to because our dog is sick we do want to do like a family shoot so i don't have to be lean for that but I'm going to be in shape anyway.

We'll probably do one to two more shoots after this, but I won't have to be in this dugout condition.

And then once I get my body into a certain body fat percentage and a very low body fat percentage, I can titrate my carbs up and down.

It's just the process of getting very, very lean requires very low calories for me.

And that's a post-diet phase that I have formulated to be able to restore every knockdown effect of metabolic adaptation.

So not only on the energy expenditure side from a BMR, a TEF, an exercise activity, thermogenesis, and a neat perspective, but then also the hormones.

And that's where I do comprehensive lab work that I need to make sure my thyroid's back online, you know, all my hormones.

You have to think about, I've been in a deficit for 19 weeks at this point to go right from that to a bulk.

First of all, I can't even give you an estimation of exactly what a bulk calorie would be because it's so skewed because I'm so metabolically adapted right now.

It's, it's, quite substantial like i can eat when i started this phase i was at around 3600 calories you know and i would say that was an inflated maintenance for me um usually it's like there's depending on the year that you talk to me usually like 33 to 3500 calories this year has been you know probably 33 3400 just because i've been a lot less active um And it's not that I'm not moving or doing cardio and stuff.

It's just that I've had so much work that I've been at a computer for so much longer than usual.
