And everybody started following you when you became the only one to successfully take on the Statler Hilton, which had been sitting there forever.
It's still a challenge, unfortunately, because of the pipe manufacturing company.
Like I said, I think right now we've got $70 million of our own equity tied up.
And then taking on, you know, Collin Creek Mall is another, I mean, enormous undertaking.
You know, unfortunately, you know, COVID hit and then after COVID, you know, the city of Plano had a storm drain issue that took two years.
And we have such a good relationship that we kept it together instead of getting crossways.
Actually, we're starting the first pretty good size 410 or 420 multifamily in a 40,000 square foot of restaurants that are just construction, just getting started.
And the mall is probably in about six months, seven months away from it being white box to the point that we can actually start doing retailers.
