The High-Achieving Woman’s Guide to Hormones, Health, & Working With Your Body

Yeah.

What a breath of fresh air.

Honestly, that's just what I think of, because I have seen all of that marketing-

Mm

... growing up being marketed that way constantly as a woman in every corner.

Weight Watchers, this and that.

The marketing around how they market to women, and it's always, like, you're fat and you need to lose weight.

And I always thought, that's not the full picture.

And I personally, I never fell into any of those diets.

Mm-hmm.

I just had a massive aversion of, like, I hate that stuff-

Mm

... and I'm gonna get away from all of this.

But that's also not the solution either, because I love what you're doing, which is around really educating women around their body and looking at this whole holistic view.

Not just wanting to lose weight, but truly understanding the full picture and addressing it as a whole.

And I feel like in the women industry, like, this isn't that common.

And it's so nice to see you helping other women through experience and not just it being like, you know, you heard my story when I shared at your event.

Mm-hmm.

I went to GoodLife Fitness and this guy was asking me to point to a fricking picture of the size of girl I wanted to look like so that he could-

Disgusting

... tell me what type of diet and workout plan I needed to have to achieve that.

Yeah, disgusting, right?

Disgusting.

Literally, I'm like, ew, ew.

Yeah.

Yeah.
