Rather than having to use repetition to recruit, we can actually restore motor control, muscle recruitment, and mobility via the nervous system and brain by giving it better information and making that prediction versus the actual closer together so that you can control your system with more accuracy.

We're actually teaching the brain and the nervous system to feel safe and to feel confident.

So if we are always receiving information and our body is always working out how safe it feels to move or how confident it is, if there's a weakness in those areas, then you're going to have a lack of control over those systems.

So basically, NRT helps your body work better by helping the nervous system better predict and control your movement more accurately in a nutshell.

And what that shows up as in someone is because we're updating those patterns about how safe or confident it feels to be able to move, people notice straight away that they can move more easily, have less restricted range of motion, have more strength and control.

And it's not because we've done something at the actual muscle, but because the nervous system is organizing things.
