And and so, you know, one of the things that we started to get into and I want to get into here as well, because I want our audience to be clear on what we're seeing.

What the heck is going on out there right now? What are you hearing about, Michelle? What's going on?
So for any given job, it is not surprising for hundreds, if not over a thousand people to apply for the same job.
we want ai to do for us it can be our thinking partner but not to do the writing so that means a lot of resumes are getting screened out because they just sound too much like everybody else's resumes and um uh and people are just they still a vast majority of people still believe it's a numbers game where you have to apply for hundreds of jobs in order to get one or two interviews and that's that's just not the case so you know the strategies of like moving away from the you know cascading your resume like across the job market and focusing more and being intentional about what you're looking for is becoming more and more of a strategy and engaging your network when you do so and doing some outreach the combination of like being intentional knowing what your target is And engaging your network to help you get there is fast becoming the strategy to help you find work.
And that's a big departure, Kevin, right? From the way it's been over the years.

Especially taking somebody who has been used to either always getting tapped on the shoulder for a position or someone who has had experiences where the majority of their transactions through their life so far have been by filling something out and waiting to hear.

So going to our college students, I mean, that process is not the same as finding a job when they're applying to college.

However, I think what we're sort of leaning into is that intentionality is Being focused on, I mean, thinking about as a student, what goes into the college process to hopefully be accepted and the following the school and the research and the going on tours and the being,

know, being informed of the organization, but also knowing what they're looking for.
