When I think about my career, I think about those moments when I was able to pull away.
It was just also me being able to connect with my purpose a lot more.

I feel like we pieced a couple of things together while we're working on this episode.
And so career thinking is one of the fundamental pieces.
Just based off your own experience and what you've done with AI, your definition for career thinking, what does that mean to you?

Well, I think it's connected to what we were talking about in terms of stepping out of reaction mode into decision mode, out of reactivity to proactivity.

Most people don't really start thinking about a career change unless something happens.

Maybe a recruiter calls them and tells them about a job that they hadn't considered, but it sounds like it could be a great step.

So career thinking to me means slowing down, stepping back, gathering information, asking better questions and looking at the bigger picture of your career before you really start making your next move.

Thinking about what do I want? Where do I want to go next? What does the market need? How does all of that relate to what the opportunities are right now today? We don't exist in a vacuum.
