Okay, so your book on mindset intelligence, I promised myself this is one of the things I would ask you about today.
What does that mean? What's mindset intelligence? And why do you believe it's becoming one of the most important skills for leaders and everyone today?
I find, and as part of my process and writing it down as to your amazing question before, I found that one of the pieces that was missing And how we could not only modify human behavior in organizations, but make it sustainable and making it stick was something that had to go deeper.
And I found after my research and I coined the term of mindset intelligence is really about being intentional.
And what this basically means is, is this ability to notice our thought patterns.
So if you think of a practical example is when you're stressed, do you react or do you respond? It's very, very different because leaders with mindset intelligence don't get trapped in autopilot.
They really create that space to pause, to see options and take a deliberate action.
Having said that, that doesn't come naturally because we've been trained in a completely different way and therefore you have to build this capability
for yourself.
