You know, people experience a, loss about twice as intensely as they find a gain pleasurable.

So what that means is you ha when you're selling something, The value to the person buying it has to be more than double your actual just price that you're charging them for them to really be motivated to buy it.

And when you think about price, so price isn't just the dollar amount that we transact with each other.

And again, you know, I'll use a B2B setting because I think that's probably makes it a little bit more obvious.

But if you're a B2B buyer and you purchase a new CRM system, The cost to you is not just the cost of the subscription to the CRM system.

The cost is the political capital as an executive that you have to expend within an organization to get the new system approved.

There are a myriad of additional costs that have nothing to do with the price of your software.

So you have to take that into account in your sales process as well and aim towards hitting a value target that's at least twice as high as all of those costs added up together.

From the buyer's perspective, well, okay, if I buy that piece of software for you and something goes bad – It goes sideways.

I might just have to eat crow in front of my peers because they're all going to say, yeah, I told you so.
