And I think we have been also preparing the work and explaining how we could reach that goal and that targeted within 2015. which of course, I repeat, is very ambitious, but we did it in a very also pragmatic way to reach this goal.

And we have demonstrated what should have been done.

It is very regrettable that whilst the entrepreneurs who are paying the bill were so responsible, the politicians and the administrative bodies were not capable of finding an agreement.

The states and the politicians were not able, although they are not paying the bill for it, probably they are lucrating also from the payment that we would have done.

But they were not able to find a cause.

This demonstrates that in today's time, probably The shipowners are there, the entrepreneurs are there with sense of responsibility and so on.
