440: Gracie Hyde - I Belong Here

Hey, everyone.

I'm Olympian Keri Tullifson, and welcome to the Sea Tally Run podcast.

This week on the show, we have Gracie Hyde.

Gracie is a professional runner for Puma, and she's a member of Team Meridia.

Gracie ran for both Arkansas and Adams State, and while at Adams, she set six Division II records.

Wowza.

She grew up in Arkansas and now lives and trains in Alamosa, Colorado.

Gracie's on a tear.

She just won the Drake Relays in a world lead.

She is the fastest in the world in the steeplechase right now.

So cool.

She also just made her first U.S. team at the Grand Blue Mile, which was the USATF championship.

She was second there to Addie Wiley, who was on the show last week.

She then placed third last weekend at the USATF 5K Road Championships.

She is just having a phenomenal spring so far.

In this episode, we hear all about those awesome races, what it means to be on her first world championship team, her goals for 2026, and a little bit about her life's journey, which has had some ups and downs.

We're so thankful that she was open and she's willing to share some of those hard times that we go through life.
