If you were to ask the question, what makes a good education and what metrics are false metrics or the inaccurate metrics of a good education, how would you describe it? And what are, what, what are the things that you would look for or have looked for or have understood?

What I like to do is facilitate what does success mean for the school, the district, the institution.

There are different requirements for a higher education institution, for a local school district, their own communities, and the constituents that they serve.

So what does success mean for that community? And that really should be defined by that community and often, you know, by the students.

You know, there are certain metrics that everyone wants 100% graduation rate.

So those are some of the givens, but how we get there and what are some of those intermediate measures of, of progress toward those end results, that's where those local decisions of success really are an important group conversation.

And that's often where we come in to say, "What does success look like? How are we defining that? How are we collectively understanding what that means? And then once we get that clear definition, what are the best ways to measure that?"

You know, that's what I get excited about because that's, that's gonna make all the difference.
