So your aerobic fitness was good and I think you know and that's where you want to be as a cyclist now the elite athlete with the master right is going to be like 60 to 60 right and i know that you want to get there but we got to get there the right way you know you're never going to get there if you do what you're doing right now

yeah so the point is is that your aerobic fitness was good your vo2 max was good but your recovery markers were lagging they are lagging right so problem number two And I call it the sum of all stresses.

Doesn't distinguish, you know, training stress from like work stress, life stress, sleep stress, stress, nutritional stress, right? It's the same budget, right? Stress is stress.

It just knows that it's collective stress and it's a problem that we have to do something about.

It was that was first brought up to me by the Dutchie coaches when I was in a previous episode where, yeah, I knew I thought of my stress as, oh, well, my training week is Monday and Friday are my easy days.
