I'm your host, Andrew.
I'm excited about our more frequent conversations in Season 2, and in our first couple of episodes, we discussed that our focus in this season is moving from an introductory overview to identifying what some initial steps can be for each of us to engage in in God's mission.
In episode one, we spoke with Al and KK and heard that they are helping individuals and groups to take intentional and proactive steps to get connected with workers who Jesus has sent on mission to other locations.
In episode two, we had a conversation with Bowman and heard about a variety of exploratory steps that he has taken to identify where God is leading him to be on mission.
Now today, I'm excited to have a conversation with a friend of mine named John.
He is an immigrant from North Africa, and he and his family have been recipients of the love of Jesus through his people, who welcomed them and helped them to adjust to a new life here in this country.
There's a great conversation ahead for us to enjoy, and I think that one of the many things that excites me about what we're discussing today is how very accessible the opportunities we are discussing today really are.
They are literally just a few steps away from each of us, no matter where we live.
There I go again, getting ahead of myself.
