Now, you must have had some hard times during that, right? Kind of in the transition to the trades and to Grasshopper.
The hardest week overall? Yeah.
I mean, that's a tough one.
That's a tough one.
I think within the trades, especially heating and cooling, we have two really busy seasons when it's peak summer and the coldest days of winter.
And so it does get hard when you have to kind of bring the weather, make sure morale is high, even if we have to get scrappy.
figure out how to be strategic with what we've got, you know, the opportunities that we have for the day.
So, you know, I think that was absolutely a learning opportunity for me to understand that, you know, you can control the energy and how important it is to be able to, you know, walk in and do that with your people.
That was definitely something that was a tough learning experience of just, it starts with us.

How about you? What do you think were the hardest week, especially in the beginning?
I don't know if there's a specific week, but I think obviously not being from the trades learning the learning curve.
It was slower for me, which I'm normally I feel like I could pick up on things a lot quicker.
It took me a minute and it was stressful overall because I had people relying on me.
So I was in a position where, you know, if I had messed up.
it was impacting more than just one person.
So I took that, you know, to heart.
I took it personally.
And, you know, although the week wouldn't have been disastrous, it was just, there were heavy, heavy days just because of everyone that was relying on me if I made those mistakes.

And Amanda, obviously you were here, obviously from the beginning, right? From day one.

How did you guys, how did you feel these two transition? What was that like the first week? And how do you feel about watching the company kind of grow as new people come in even still to this day?
