**Most people think acupuncture is just for back pain. But what if it’s doing something much deeper inside the brain?** Today, I sit down with Dr. Ayla Wolf to explore how acupuncture may influence…
how have you found acupuncture working like let's say you're a biohacker and you really want to maximize your nervous system function and you can record you have your little devices like the aura ring measuring sleep and all these other things that might work for them how do you find it in keeping somebody healthy because a lot of people wait till they have a breakdown till they have a breakthrough
i think that it's maybe easier for people to recognize that acupuncture has an impact and an influence on our peripheral nerves because we know that it can help things like sciatic pain and carpal tunnel and trigeminal neuralgia.
And so I think that just as like common knowledge, we can understand that acupuncture has, it's very useful for peripheral nervous system problems.
But what a lot of people don't recognize is the profound effects that it has on the actual central nervous system.
People don't realize it all starts with the brain, all brain stress, everything's brain stress.
And if that two-way communication isn't working, then like you said, you get all these problems that happen in the body.
You're actually changing the conversation in the brain when it comes to the way that pain is transmitted.
