i was reading something on the internet probably around the time of this tournament happening like just before it it's like ah protoss needs this and that i'm like they're they're kind of fine i feel like they're very like you got a ton of tools you gotta like you have lots of skill expression in protoss so as you play more games the skill expression goes up uh i do agree there are weaknesses but it kind of comes to like a model bleed weakness i've been finding with protoss or playing into protoss a lot that once you kill the first guy and get through the shields you can kind of like deal with the rest of the unit if you don't though good luck you're just getting the shit kicked out of you
well i mean that's kind of their strength actually is that that first guy is a tanky boy
yeah yeah don't break through him good luck you're getting the shit kicked out of you by an angry zealot
Yeah, it's essentially double damage in order to lose effectiveness on a unit compared to any of the other races' units.
And as we found out, Zerglings are just the model bleed unit.
It's like, ah, I got you with one damage! No, my attacks! No, my impacts! Please, sir!
Yeah, Zerglings are in an odd
spot.
Right now they do a lot of damage, and if you don't get a good shot on them before they close the gap, they're gonna hurt.
But in the coming waves, like I know Wave 2, there's gonna be Blast Templates.
We all know those are coming eventually.
And I fear for the life of all the Zerglings once those come out.
