Brendan O'SullivanGuestTerryGuestGloriaGuestLet's get into reviewing the elimination final.
So it was a couple of weeks ago now.
So memory is a little bit rusty in terms of what happened.
We started like a house on fire.
Yeah.
We're up at quarter time, up at halftime as well, I think.
I think
maybe just.
Just.
But they started to sort of come at us at the back end of that second quarter.
And then it just looked like we ran out of steam, ran out a bit of puff.
Yeah.
look i think what i want to ask is first was walking away from the game were you disappointed
uh no but i thought there was more in what sense in the sense that i think if things went our way even in that game went our way i think the harry dean being out for nearly a quarter i think killed us i think killed us because they what they went on like a four goal run i think structurally it didn't help structurally it We actually had Dirksen and Dean off at one stage.
And Young had to come back.
And I think from a structural perspective, especially against a team like Geelong, who are well drilled, I think that killed us.
I think we had the ascendancy.
People talk about fitness.
I think that has nothing to do with it.
Don't get me wrong.
I think a rest does make a difference.
But in that game, the players are conditioned to play a grand final.
That's how I look at it.
However that I need to go about it.
