... practice, uh, Wednesday they played basically the last 10 minutes twos versus twos, ones versus ones, scoreboard tied at 17, each team with three timeouts remaining.

Uh, the twos got a 62-yard field goal from the, the Savva and he knocked it through, but man, Harbaugh is now gonna get a chance to see everybody do it in game action, which is still different than practice.
Bob, I, what I, I really like about the way Coach Harbaugh is, um, constructing the operation, if you will, the, the, the game situations.
They're just not, "Okay, we're gonna talk through these game situations and then we're gonna kind of script, um, you know, three, five plays at a time." It's like, "Okay, we're gonna go until you get a three and out.
We'll go until you get a turnover or we get a touchdown." And every scenario like this, this 10-minute period yesterday was overtime, correct?
So fourth quarter, and he incorporates every phase of what would happen in a game, meaning punts, field goals.
Um, and the intensity of it was ones versus ones, twos one- versus twos, if I'm correct.
The teaching happens in the classroom, uh, when you're off the field on the sideline is where you get your instruction.
But man, they are, they are really, um, pouring into these guys, um, a system of belief in themselves and in the system that they're running.
And you could just tell the, the level of confidence that these young men are playing with, there's no complaining about, you know, a 10-minute period or the intensity of practice.
And I j- you know, I talk about this all the time because, you know, these are the dog days of summer.
And when you have a coach who takes to the podium and says, "Yeah, they're starting to stack some days, the guys are pretty sore," da da da, that's a coach that's relating to them.
We got 'em really sore, and, you know, this is what the..." You know, he's, he's talking in terms that they understand also.
And you gotta believe that if he's saying that on the mic, he's telling the guys too, "Hey, look, we're about to start sta- it's gonna be a tough, you know, gonna be some tough days here.
But it, it's just, it, it's just the way that he operates this, this team, it has every player really bought into it.
And it just, I don't see discouragement, right? And yes, this is, this is the summer and folks say, yeah, everybody's undefeated.
