I was like, why are they even working out Evan Neal, who just got cut by the Raiders, by the way, too.

This isn't his second stint because everyone's like, I tweeted out.

Now you're working.

They just fucking signed Evan Neal.

I was like, why are they even working out Evan Neal, who just got cut by the Raiders, by the way, too.

This isn't his second stint.

They don't have any practice squad spots.

They re-signed Jaden Blue, and then they signed linebacker Anthony Orji and guard Evan Neal, who was the seventh overall pick by the Giants a few years back.

Now, everybody was saying the same thing pretty much, like, if we had Jeff Stoutland, this is a Stoutland you pick.

But we don't have Jess Allen, so we don't know what the heck this means.

We don't know how this is going to fare.

Obviously, being a Bama guy, Evan Neal was good at Bama, sucked with the Giants, and just hasn't really been able to do much of anything.

So it'll be interesting to see.

And they need bodies, healthy bodies along that offensive line.

So it's been a bit of a crazy week.

And as a result, we've not had a chance to talk about the signing of Evan Neal.

So Evan Neal signed by the Eagles this week, obviously a former top 10 pick, former New York giant.

And look, we don't have to dive into the career specifics of Evan Neal.

But the point I wanted to make about him was was this.

And, you know, again, if you're not familiar with them, maybe not everyone is.

He is like a classic Eagles fans would have been excited if they signed him two years ago.

6'7", 340 pounds, seventh overall pick in the 2022 NFL draft, played with Alabama, athletic freak, like checks every box of why he went top 10, right? Like, and he checks every box of a few years ago, had they signed Evan Neal, everybody would have lost their mind in excitement.

What I was reading today is he's probably not going to play.

And then the Eagles signed on that Evan Neal.

So, I mean, that's not going to give you the spark that you need.

But if you're increasing your depth at the offensive line position, then the signs for Landon Dickerson to be on his way out are pretty clear.
