Commanders First 53-Man Roster

All right, let's get to some of the things the commanders did that were interesting.

And, you know, again, this is the first 53.

I want to make that very clear.

This is not the group that is necessarily going to Philadelphia.

We know that much.

For starters, Laramie Tunsil and Johnny Newton are both on the final 53.

Obviously, both will be moved to injured reserve here very soon, you know, for them with designations to come back.

Hopefully, we'll see.

Trey Amos is already on the injured reserve with designation to come back, as is Jeremy McNichol.

So there's just three running backs.

K. Tron Allen did make it, as we suspected, over Robert Henry Jr.

So there's that part of it.

And here's the other wild fact for you, Anthony.

Three cornerbacks, just three.

Amik Robertson, obviously, and Trey Amos is obviously on the injured reserve, so that leaves Mike Sanders still.

And then Rasul Butler, and that's it.

That's the – Rasul Douglas, excuse me.

Moreau.

Did they keep Moreau?

No, Moreau was one of the released, but it doesn't mean Moreau may not be brought back here really soon.

They have two roster moves to make.
