Um, I know this has been a, a busy summer for all of us, but we're excited to get back to these podcasts, and honestly just kinda help continue to add value to where you're at.
I know a lot of you guys are building teams.
You guys are upgrading systems.
You guys are dealing with grumpy volunteers, or frustrating staff members.
Trust me, I've been there.
I get it.
