And I think that's a big thing, is making sure that there are job opportunities for those that are out of the state that wanna come back.
That's the biggest hurdle that I think I've seen, is that, you know, I probably would have left DC, and I know a bunch of pe- bunch of Mississippians in DC that would love to come back, but the job opportunities are just not there.
And so, you know, I think this workforce issue that, you know, a lot of people across the state are talking about is a serious issue.
It's what can we provide, what can the state and companies and business industry provide that's an opportunity for those with great experience from outside of the state to come back in here?

So kind of recruiting that talent that may not have, have grown up in Mississippi.

What, what do you think that looks like? I know you do marketing, and so messaging, recruitment, and, and you do as well.
So something I'm currently working on, so I'm Harrison County, which is, you know, the second biggest county in the state.
