Let me give you Rafa's reflection on what could be a template that you consider for living the Christian life.
He doesn't possess love.
He doesn't emit love.
That's his complete being, is love.
And then again in 1 John 2, it says this.
This is an admonition to the world.
Love not the world.
And I would suggest that you consider that one because that's one of the major things that plagues mankind today and even Christian lives.
Be cunning ones of the world are in their generation wiser than the children of light.
Then it says in Matthew 10, 16, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves.
Be ye therefore wise as serpents and innocent as doves.
In Mark chapter 4, it talks about a sower.
It says, a sower went forth to sow the word.
What he was doing was sowing the word.
And in today's transliteration, immediately the evil one comes to steal that seed.
Some fell on stony ground.
It is received with gladness.
But having no rest when they are persecuted for the word's sake, they are caused to stumble.
