\*\*100 episodes. Two years. One hell of a journey.\** Beyond the Quo is officially celebrating its 100th episode, and Stacey Luces is taking us back to where it all began. From flatlining twice…

We've talked about hard, shitty things like human trafficking and what it takes to lead a city.

We've run the gamut, right? But through it all, I've tried to stay true to three consistent things.

And the three things were, how do we redefine success based on our own terms, nobody else's, like what we want in the world for the season of life that we're in? The second thing I always talk about is how do you live? How do I live more authentically? How do we do this together? And how do we do it in a way that stays true to who we're becoming and not just wearing these identities? And the third thing we always talk about is how do we lead courageously from a place of not just the boardroom, but from wherever we are in our life, whatever season that is.

And how do we push through in a way that doesn't abandon ourselves, but stays true to the other things, right? If you watch me on YouTube, you'll see today...

As an ode to my 100 episode, I'm literally kind of wearing the same outfit that's on my podcast cover and that I wore for the first recording.

Although, listen, I'm not opposed to an oversized audience, but I wanted to talk about these things that we don't always get to say out loud.

And some of that has to do with what happens when we don't follow the rules, when we've built the career, when we've raised the family, when we've cracked the code, right? And still we're wondering, is this it? Is this all there is? And the concept of that going beyond that status quo is, turned into this 100 episodes, right? So again, if you've been with me, we run the gamut around those three core pillars.

I've been married now for 23 years and they've all been with me on this journey too.
