And are you exclusively like an archery hunter now on trail? Like do you, do you hunt rifle at all?

Um, yeah, I have, I've hunted some rifle hunts.

Um, you know, I killed a mule deer last year with my rifle.

I took my 12 year out and my 12 year old and we went together and I ended up killing a mule deer buck, but Primarily bow hunting.

I'm not opposed to picking up a rifle or a muzzleloader, but I would say 90% archery.

Yeah.

I got that sense just having listened to you and going through some of your material online.

I'm just curious to know So I'd like to spend some time there because I'm the furthest thing from an archery nerd, furthest thing.

I have a real love-hate relationship with archery.

I'll go through phases where I am committed and then phases where...

As I will say to a friend, you know, find me the highest mountaintop I can throw this thing off of and I'll be a happier guy.

I know it.

So, you know, some of my questions may be pretty simplistic, but this is what I'd like to start with.

And I just went through this.

I just got a new bow this year.

I was fortunate to have it, you know, sent to me as part of a trip I was involved with that a good friend of mine was doing photography work for.

And I say that because I'm not, I'm far from unhappy with the world, but I didn't like expressly choose it.

It was, you know, this is what we want you guys to go and use.

And this is what we want you guys to take photos of.

Right.

And, you know, in the past, I've, you know, we've had relationships in the past with St. Matthew's, Bear Archery at one point, so on and so forth.

So it's been this sort of back and forth of either I go pick something, right, that I think suits my needs or I'm sent what they want emphasized for a given year, right? Where I'm going with all that is this most recent bow I could not have set up and gotten to the point where I felt ready to take it hunting, uh, nearly as easily as almost everything else I've owned in the past.

Now I'm not an archery nerd.

I'm sure I was missing things I should have been doing.

And that could very well be why I was getting as frustrated as I was in the past.
