James, you're very often alongside me on a Thursday and normally we're talking Europa League, but for one week only, the Champions League spreads out over three days.

we have the pleasure of the Champions League action again.

What have you made of the first two match days? Well, the first two game days of the Champions League so far, 2027.

Yeah, great to be here and talking about it.

I've really enjoyed them, Steve, as I think a lot of people will.

We were just talking off air there, running through some of the major incidents and issues so far.

And one of the big ones is how many goals they've been.

We've seen some really exciting, entertaining open football on the first two match days.

Very interested to hear what everybody thinks.

We'll be going through the games and looking at them individually.

But the trend so far across those first two match days very much is for goals.

And it's been great.

I mean, lots of different teams from different countries can make it difficult to know what we're going to get.

But in terms of the style of play and the goals count, it's been pretty much what we saw for a lot of last season in the group stage.

And I personally think we might be in for something similar today.

So let's wait and see.

Yeah.

Look, the goals are just flying in all the time.

And this has been happening in the league phase for the last two seasons as well.

So it's no real surprise.

But so far, it just seems even more mental.

We've had Asian handicap lines and goal lines, which I described as out of control on yesterday's show, but they still went over.

So, you know, the books are taking no chances now.

They're kind of daring people almost to bet the under in certain games.

But who would want to bet the under the way that the game's are going.
