I always say that the healthier you are, the more resilient your sleep is, the more your capacity is growing, the better decisions you make, the better father, the better brother, the better friend, the better leader, the better everything, right? Do you see that also in your work?

So when I look at high performance, I think it's important to have a definition of what high performance is.

So my thoughts on high performance is that it's consistently exceeding norms whilst maintaining healthy relationships and well-being.

With yourself and with others, right? hundred percent and you could even take that into a team or an organizational context and you know the well-being of the entire organization or the relationships of the entire organization and then it goes right down to self and family and so forth yeah

what i'm seeing in in my sort of interactions and the clients that i'm working with is that the the healthiest people are not the ones that go to the gym more frequently than everyone else or the ones that sleep better than everyone else, or eat better than everyone else, or take more supplements, but those that truly work on themselves and the quality of the thoughts that they have.

So their relationship with their environment, with the people around them, and how they view the world around them contributes so much more to their overall health quality than almost all of the other things that I mentioned.
