You're talking about movement, for example, as an example, being present in the moment of the experience of whatever that movement is.

And then there's also the intentionality, seeing how that informs what happens, right? A context or premeditated something.

And then there's also that still point in the center of that just being completely open, you know, kind of that Zen, it's nothing, everything.

It's interesting to consider all of these things kind of can be possibilities and how they can converge.

you know, I'm reflecting on what you said about the, the Highland dance training and, you know, that's one place to approach and look, I mean, similar, right.

And, um, And then having those foundations and then getting to discover once those foundations are there, what else can be brought to a practice.
