I never take it for granted because there are so many things that compete for our attention these days.

We definitely live in an attention deficit world and it's good just to be able to pull away and have some time for thoughtful conversation, although it feels kind of one-sided on a podcast.

That's why I love hearing from you in footbasecamplive.com. As you're going to experience in this episode, it is actually a direct response to a parent who wrote us and had concerns around this idea of our children sort of growing into different seasons and having questions about their own education.

We'll jump into it in a moment, but it was all created out of a question that came from one of you.

I'll do my best not only to contribute from my sense of the best answer to that, but more importantly, I want to bring in experts who have a lot to offer in particular topics based on what your questions are.

In this episode, a big thank you as always, and a shout out to many of our schools and families that are listening out there.

Amy Walker had a school along with her families and teachers there in Tehachapi, California.

And a big shout out as well in this episode to Roy Griffith, headmaster at Rockbridge Academy in Crownsville, Maryland.

So grateful for your partnership and being a part of this incredible movement that we're all part of.
