It was like you hyped yourself up, you hyped everyone up, the whole industry that knows you, every doctor, derm, hairdresser, like knows you, and you were speaking into the future as if something had happened, and you were building this hype, and you had traction before it stopped.

And then realizing and having to accept that I need to stop now because that's not happening right now, and I'm wasting a lot of time, and I'm losing the team that's been hanging onto this vision with me that had no business being, had no business being with me.

And the way that they wanted to all come on board and, and I, I felt like I was losing grasp of everything, and that was the biggest challenge.

Put that ego aside and just do what you can and just, like, prove everybody wrong.

Today, she's the founder of New York City's first hair preservation studio, transforming specialized science into a category-defining business built on expertise, trust, and community.
