I honestly sometimes sit and wonder if I would have been able to do this if I worked in a hospital environment.

I think having the independence allowed me to hone in what I'm really passionate about.

I could be wrong, but sometimes working in a hospital environment, you're being pulled in so many different directions that it's hard for you to follow your true passion.

I am extremely honored today to have a wonderful, phenomenal guest, the living legend, Dr. Fadi Saab, who is a pioneer in coronary and peripheral interventions.

We've literally affected the field in a way that is unprecedented, and we are all doing things because he taught us how to tackle the most complex cases.

But today, we're not going to be talking about peripheral vascular interventions or coronary interventions.

We're going to be talking about the business aspect of things with ASC, the wave that is going on in the United States, the ambulatory surgery centers.

And we are lucky because Dr. Saab has run an OBL, outpatient-based lab, then transitioned to NASC recently.
