Ep. 12 - Mid Year Recap

Welcome back to our podcast—a cozy corner for book lovers of all kinds! 📖💛 Can you believe we're already halfway through 2026?! Neither can we. This week, we're pausing to take stock of our reading year so far. We talk about how many books we've actually read and whether we're on track to meet the goals we set back in January. We're diving into the Mid-Year Tag, which means all the good stuff: gushing over our best reads, confessing our biggest disappointments, and celebrating the authors and characters that completely stole our hearts this year. Plus, we get honest about our goals for the year, talking about what's working, what's not, and what we're tweaking heading into the second half of the year. Expect real talk, a few surprising picks, maybe some tears (the books made us do it), and a whole lot of bookish enthusiasm. Whether you're cruising past your reading goal or quietly pretending you didn't make one, this episode is for you. Grab your favorite reading snack and settle in. We think the second half of 2026 is looking pretty great. 📚✨ **Follow Us on Goodreads:** Dash – www.goodreads.com/user/show/134467546-dash Erin – www.goodreads.com/user/show/148875499-erin-payne Paige – www.goodreads.com/user/show/166321132-paige-hanson **Follow Us on Fable:** Dash – fable.co/emily-elmquist-559409603864 Erin – fable.co/erin-192737330055 Paige – fable.co/paige-hanson-213735759132?period\_type=year **Follow Us:** Insta – www.instagram.com/babblinbabespod We will see you in a couple weeks!
