I've spoken with leaders, go-to-market operators at scale, large scale companies.
I mean, starting with the product and then you got the marketing and then sales and customer success, all of these things tied and all operating in harmony, tied in terms of how you deliver value to the customer.

Maybe the system sometimes is very simple when you're very early stage, but the system needs to be there from my perspective.
