It's called Called to Lead Leadership for Spiritual Workers, Healers, Diviners, Spiritual Life Coaches, Mystics.

I'm sharing with you this episode about leadership because it's been a big part of my journey.

And over the years, I've learned so many different things about the type of leader I am, how I choose to lead, and how being a leader is such a blessing, something that I never realized.

And so it's a myth that spiritual people shouldn't care about leadership, structure, and authority.

We absolutely must understand all of those things as it applies to the work that we do.

You want to manifest in your understanding and share with others the importance of there being structure.

Many people come looking for assistance and help because they need some kind of support and structure in their life.

And the way they will be able to connect and trust us is that we do offer that structure in the appropriate manner.

We often feel torn between serving from a place of pure intuition and stepping up to command a room, to run a business, or to guide a community.

And so we must know how and when certain types of leadership techniques are going to be most beneficial to us as well as to our clients and students.

And so it's important to deal with and identify your own personal leadership style so that you can be flexible and know what to do when and how to move from a corporate model, which we're all familiar with, to being able to be flexible in other leadership styles, depending on who we're dealing with and what our personal needs and boundaries are.

So to keep from being burned out, to keep from being energetically drained, it's important to pay attention to these kinds of things.
