So I just learned one big one in the last week, actually, in the agreement of purchase and sale.

It was a little bit too broad on what I had included in what would be the purchase and what I had excluded.

So in inclusions, for example, it was a cottage property for Substance here.

And the cottage property...

I didn't realize, but a lot of stuff remains behind.

Because, I mean, it's a lot to go out of town, move all of that out, and then move it to, I guess, your next cottage.

Or if they're selling their cottage and they're not buying a new one, they'll leave a lot of stuff behind.

So in inclusions, it would say most furniture, which was very broad.

And then in exclusions, it would say personal belongings.

Oh, okay.

So...

Yeah, it's not very specific.

And when my clients moved in, which was last week, we were missing four nice Aridondak chairs.

And they were a bit disappointed about that.

And so that taught me a very valuable lesson, which is like, make sure if your clients want this included, that it's very stipulated in documents included.

And I mean...

That was the closing gift to them, right? That was the cost of my lesson was buying them four shares, which they're happy and I'm happy for having learned that.

And there was a small cost to it, but it's like a tuition cost.

It's like any other lesson cost.

There's always a cost to learning new things.

Oh, always.

And it never ends.

I ran into a brand new situation.

So I've mostly been dealing with a lot of condos.

Normally on a condo sale, the fobs are left behind, the keys, everything.
