Who's going on what service, the process of the paperwork, the process of the experience itself, it's been so watered down and become this template.

I believe that if people are not embracing refined processes with the experience and the hospitality, there'll be an afterthought.

I think the people that are embracing the technology and the social media, they're experiencing the pain of that.

and of course you know it's amazing the number of funeral homes that are still reliant on just walk-in call-in pre-arrangement that blows my mind too
