So before we dive into some of the stories and things like that, you said you had a couple things you just wanted to chat about first? Yeah, I do.
and so you guys we um we were sent a video on our wagner elfner and berg page yesterday by someone and they sent me a video of a a male mortician who was talking about a particular embalming that they were doing and At one point during the embalming, I guess the apprentice, the student that they were training said, hey, look, the chest is moving.
And this mortician said that the chest was pulsating and that while the doctor said the person was dead and while the body was dead, the organs were still alive.
And immediately in my mind, I'm thinking at that point, you shut down your embalming equipment and you call 9-1-1. you see someone moving okay and this person wanted to know what my thoughts were on the video and i thought i don't even know that i want to get into this i don't know if i want to you know even touch this video because i'm going to get ridiculed for having an opinion on it and i think one thing that i want to say is when you come out on social media and you do have a following you need to And I said, I'm going to keep my filter on and I'm going to try and keep my filter on.
But you need to grow a set, number one, and you need to prepare yourself for criticism.
And when you put a video out like that, you need to prepare yourself for someone to speak up and say something about it.
And I feel like in funeral service, you know, you and I and many others are out here educating and we're putting these really valuable videos out that are factual videos and we get 10 steps ahead.
And then someone puts a video out like this and it's like, Now we're back at square one.
And then we have people reaching out to us saying, you know, are all people like this? You know, you see, you guys are money hungry.
And then it's, you know, do people really sit up when they're dead on the embalming table? And I feel like we just, we go back in time and all of that hard work and all that education just kind of goes out the window when some of these videos pop up.

Yeah, I think the biggest concern I have is, you know, everyone's entitled to freedom of speech, do whatever you want to do, say whatever you want to say, you know, that that's, that's one of the things about being in America, but to intentionally mislead or try to inflate your story is just, just over the top to me.

Um, I mean, anyone that has seen the video and, and here's the thing in the video you posted this morning and you were talking about thing or last night, you never referenced who this person was.
