And the repeated form of, uh, formation of community because in the army also we moved every, almost every two years.

You, you have no words which are similar in certain cases in the north and the south and the east.

So as a kid, you're moving around and going to these new places where you have to form community again.

You know, obviously in the army, because we, kids are traveling together, so there's a shared form of language, but still same with New Zealand as well, and same for, I'm sure for you as well, where you are having to move, you have, you are creating community again and again and again.

And seeing the power and the need for it, but also recognizing and realizing that it is possible, you know? Uh, for a lot of people who haven't had the chance to do that, they certainly can feel trapped by the environment or the community that they are in, and it can be quite a hard process to grow out of it.

To first say no to it, because there at least I was lucky to just to a certain extent be like, "Okay, you have to move now." If you didn't want to be around somebody or, you know, did not have to have the hard conversations because you're gonna move soon anyway.

But in community you have to do that process to, to certain times remove certain elements which are not serving and suiting, and it's a hard process.

At the same time, open yourself to be seen in a new way, in a new light with your shadows and with your other things as well, you know? So that whole process of building community for people, it's a hard thing, but I know how valuable and how possible it is.
Yeah.
It's almost like finding ways to befriending the discomfort because for some people it could be moving out of the comfort zone, whether if it is in a physical, in a mental way or even emotional situation.
It's how do we navigate these, um, things that it could be perceived as challenging, yet they have so much potential if there is somehow certain flexibility or openness for what it could be next, um, and how we can find resilience also in that through the connection that we can keep on building, and they are meant to be for us along the journey as well.
Mm.
Thank you.
