How's it going, everyone? And welcome once again to another episode of Animal Talk Podcast in collaboration with SARCA, the South African Animal Keepers Association.
And I'm very excited about my guest because it is International Vulture Awareness Day.
It is the first Saturday of September every year, so the dates change, but it's always on the first Saturday of September.
Yeah, it's great to be back on the podcast with you and chatting some more about Birds of Prey.
Yeah, I think you are the first person to be on three times now, so congratulations.
So it's great to have you, but I know there's some people that might be the first listeners to our podcast.
So do you want to maybe just give a quick background of who you are and what you do?
So I wear a couple of caps at Free Me Wildlife, which is a professional science-based wildlife rehabilitation center based in KZN.
My area of expertise is birds of prey, but as I mentioned, I do a couple of other things too, including run some of the projects, the student training program, and then I'm also the financial manager for the organization.
amazing yeah tammy pretty much does a lot she's got a whole rack of hats that she has to slide on her head every time somebody messages or emails so well
that's that's why i've got several email addresses because i can't include all of those titles in one
And just so that everybody knows, Tammy is recording with me all the way from Zululand in KZN, where they are busy building their new center.
