Not many people, apart from us alcohol-free adventurers, Not many people start drinking then stop really quickly.

Most people, it's the truth, the average, start drinking in their teens, late teens, early 20s, and then never stop, ever.

So they spend the entirety, really, of their adult lives underperforming in every domain, and no idea why, and wonder why they're unhappy, unhealthy, unmotivated, life has plateaued a bit, feels a bit dark and dull.

Because it's sort of part of who we are as adults, right? Doesn't everyone just drink? But you can't ice bath.

And you have to get outside the jar for long enough to look back in and see the madness of it all.
