If the Shabbos candles are lit and the table is set, the home prepared to honor Shabbos, the good angel calls out, may it be Hashem's will that it be the same next Shabbos.
The angel of punishment must answer, Amen.
If chas v'shalom, the home is not prepared for Shabbos, because nobody cares, the punishing angel calls out, I hope this will be the same next Shabbos, and the good angel must answer, Amen.
Whenever a person fulfills a mitzvah, he creates an angel that helps him perform more mitzvot.
If he does an aveira, he creates an evil angel.
