So before we get to the study you released, I want you to tell me how you think artificial intelligence is changing what it means to be prepared for workforce today.
But as we hit generative AI in the last couple of years, and now we're getting to super intelligence and all these things.

it's not yeah i mean it's more so than just like googling something in ai mode i mean there's so much more to it than that but the way most of us use it right now is doing something like that just asking a question right
but that's changing very quickly though yeah um i think the real benefit of this and just like when we wired the internet up you know we had the telecom boom and bust but the society benefited so much from that technology being available and making it cheaper to send data back and forth that we invented whole new industries and we uh really drove our industry for the last 20 years and i think ai has the potential to do that for the next 20 years

so battelle recently released its first applied workforce outlook this is a national study of more than 3 600 employers educators students parents and opinion leaders the study looks at how artificial intelligence is changing workforce expectations and whether today's education system is preparing students for all those changes.
So what it really means is how are we going to use these new tools and how are we going to prepare? And let me maybe take a step back and talk a little bit about what Patel's done in education and why this is a natural thing for us to do.
And it really, if you paraphrase his will, it basically said, advance science and technology for the betterment of humanity and develop education to help next generations be able to be capable to continue that process.
