AI For the C Suite® with Chad Harvey

What do *you* believe? Two conversations keep arising when AI is discussed. The first focuses on the people building AI who are confident the next 36 months will reshape knowledge work. The second is…
If you've read any of my stuff or listened to this pod before, you know that I'm a tad obsessed with gaps.
The first gap is between what the tech can do and how slowly organizations and systems can change to use it.
The second gap sits between the bleeding edge companies and the more conservative ones within the same industry.
And the third gap lives inside a single company, between the three people who've rebuilt their job around the AI tools and the 300 who haven't.
When this new gap first caught my attention, I filed it as gap number four, the belief gap, what the people building think is coming versus what a lot of smart, successful people think, which is roughly a big nothing burger.
If you don't believe something's coming, you don't adopt it, let alone invest in it or even begin gaming out scenarios asking, what if? But let's stick with the idea of basic adoption for a moment.
Structure still sets speed, and we'll get to that, but belief decides whether you ever even leave the starting line, which means if you want to know where a company will be in three years, start with what its founder, owner, CEO believes.
