Farmers have got to get fences down in their mind and then farm to the soil type.
So if having a balanced soil pH for nutrient availability and, say, organic carbon is important...
I mean, there are some brilliant farmers out there that I know of that we've got to research on having a project told by Farmer Friend Savage.
It is a brilliant model because what he's doing in that is actually using his microbial activity... to essentially break down the organic matter, which creates potential mineralisable nitrogen.
And by doing that, he's actually reduced, I think, from about 80 units of nitrogen down to about 20 or less.
And then when you walk onto his property, the sustainability just hits you in the face.
But his pastures, his livestock, it's just amazing because he's farming his carbon.
