Yeah, inside sales is, I would argue, the toughest job in sales on the ticket side, for sure.

I mean, it's supposed to be.

Don't let your salespeople hear that.

Don't let them hear

that.

I tell them that.

I tell them that when we hire them.

It's supposed to be, right? It's a lot about, do you have it in you? Are you built for this? Can you do the grind, right? Like, so you come in and at the lightning, I'll tell you, we had to be suited and booted every day.

The only time we could take our jackets off was at our chairs.

We stood in every meeting.

And again, I don't know that I would, I don't know if I could do that right now.

It's 2026, but like, you learn really quickly that you earn things.

You want the next step.

You want flexibility.

You earn that.

It's not given to you.

And then to your point, I was lucky.

I know inside sales classes can be small or they can be up to 30 people.

And for me, I had a very small inside sales class when I got there, but they were close to a sellout because the team was doing so well after I left.

Two years after I left, they went back to back cups.

So I had a really small inside sales class that was super intimate and hands-on.

So again, coming in with prior B2B sales skills gave me that edge.

But then also, I had a really small sales class, inside sales class, which was great for me.

Like, I got a ton of hands-on learning.

I remember those Tampa classes.
