Arsenal Ready To Trigger Guimarães’ £60m Clause! Barcola Race HEATS UP! | Transfer Daily

First of all, Bruno Guimaraes.

That one broke last week.

Big news.

It was said that Arsenal had sort of floated the idea to Newcastle of a sort of a, you know, 50, 55 million pounds.

Could we get a deal done for Bruno Guimaraes? It was also said that Bruno has offered a lot of encouragement to Arsenal.

And listen, Arsenal would not be approaching, you know, Newcastle if they didn't know that there is a chance of them signing him.

Remember all those years ago with Luis Suarez when they got done on that, you know, 40 million and a pound? I think they learned a lot from that.

Plus, as well as Andrea Berta and a different team now, they would have had encouragement from his representatives, from also from him that, you know, he would be interested in coming.

And then we get this news, which this is a bit of a bombshell.

And this is a rumour.

It's not confirmed.

But the rumour is that he has a 60 million pound release clause.

Now, that's very interesting.

Is that the reason why Arsenal initially have gone in with a 55 and maybe they'll go back with a 60? Now, there's been some denials from, you know, some people to do in Newcastle that this is in place.

But sometimes some of these deals have been done in secret with a player.

It could be like a 60 million pound release clause or it could be a gentleman's agreement that, you know, if somebody comes in for 60 million, we don't make the Champions League.

But this club's a Champions League club and it comes in with that bid.

You'll allow me to go.

A little bit similar to what we saw with Victor Jokere's last year.

So this is going to be very, very interesting with Bruno Guimaraes.

Of course, he's concentrating on Brazil.

Brazil playing today.

We're going to go to Flampart and watch that game.

Brazil playing today.

I'm sure he's concentrating on that.
