349) I’d Like My Car Back, Except I Wouldn’t

When I left, I just didn't use my car anymore.

nearly not even close to as much as I would when I had a job that required me to leave the house Monday through Friday, sometimes Saturdays, you know, I just, I stopped driving like that.

And, you know, I stayed home a lot more.

So, so anyways, um, I'm pretty sure that not driving my car and leaving it in my driveway for like days at a time every so often led to issues piling up sooner than maybe they would have.

So I, this is a 2014 Chevy Cruze that I've had for 10 years.

Yeah, that's what we just, yeah.

Alicia told me yesterday it was 10 years I had that car.

I said had because it's past tense.

So basically, I'm out doing my walks, right? Like my nature hikes or whatever.

I've been doing my videos on YouTube.

They're getting a little bit easier.

And so the second night that I came back or the second walk that I came back from doing like my second like YouTube video, I was excited.

I was telling Leisha like,

Oh, I'm conquering my anxiety.

I had so much fun.

But there's this light that came on in my car and I need you to look up what does that mean? And so she looked it up.

I didn't really agree with the response she gave me because it seemed like I've never seen that light before.

And it seems like maybe that's more of a serious issue than what you said.

I'm not going to explain because you know how it goes with look what I'm trying to do right now, which is this story.

So anyways, when she went to bed, I Uh, got online and I like looked up, what is this particular light mean? And it was, I can't even tell you, but it wasn't good.

So she takes my car the next day.

She notices that it feels like it's like struggling a little bit.

Like it's a bit sludgy was her term.

And she goes and she has an oil change, even though like I didn't really need one.

But she gets an oil change done at one of those places where, you know, they're supposed to be quick.
