Andrea MollenhauerGuestCatalinaGuestI'd like to kick things off with an overview of Chile's economy and labor market.
In the north, we have mining, which is the pillar of the whole economy of Chile.
More in the south of the country, we have agricultural sector in the middle of the country.
In Santiago, we have services and is developing as a tech hub for the country too.

We have around 18 million people, so it's pretty small compared to big economies in North America or in Europe.

But a very interesting fact is that our formal occupation of these 18.5 million people, it's almost 60%.

So bottom line, we have around 10 million of market share where we can go and offer our market.
