So if we take the last 15 years, we actually have, I think, three different big projects impacting payroll processes.

In Chile, we're a bit more planned and we do have changes, of course, but it's a bit more easier for us.

Our development team, our product team, they make all these plans and they plan our headcounts, our resources in order to make those changes with a bit more planned resources, right? So we know, for example, the law's going to change next year in May.

So we start working in advance, all our team, not just internally, but also with our clients, making webinars, giving them all the information, how the law's going to change, for them to make clear that we're going to be with them for this change.

From what I research, the government has created specific tax regimes to incentivize people to live and work in these areas.
