I think I knew from day zero when I first started my corporate job that I had wanted to work and live abroad.

But what we didn't fully anticipate was how much it actually felt like starting as a beginner again in so many different ways.

We were technically not starting from scratch, but in many different angles and aspects, we did have to feel like beginners all over again.
So hopefully what we share today will help you navigate your own career journey, whether if you're migrating abroad for a career, supporting a family, etc.
And a little plug-in, in an upcoming episode of Explore This, Sarah Ann will be chatting to Fabiola Campbell, the founder of Professional Migrant Women based out of Melbourne, who will share her stories in a similar vein, navigating identity, visibility, migration, belonging, leadership, and the courage to own your story.
Fabiola founded Professional Migrant Women to help migrant women bridge the gap between migration and meaningful employment, And her book, Own It, explores how women can reclaim their voice, identity, and power.
So definitely stay tuned for that.
